We monitor and continuously improve our programs by surveying volunteers before and after they return home, and requesting feedback throughout the volunteer program in-country. Each day we receive unsolicited stories from our volunteers about their experiences volunteering abroad with CCS.

At Cross-Cultural Solutions, we also review all of our sites each year to assess program quality, overall volunteer satisfaction, adherence to staff policies, medical procedure training, and security guidelines.
