Program Quality
At Cross-Cultural Solutions, we commit to excellence in everything we do. We provide the highest level of support to our volunteers and the local projects with whom we work. Our dedication to program quality is unique in the field of international volunteering.
- 97% of CCS volunteers who completed an evaluation rated their overall program experience as "Excellent" or "Good"
- 98% of the local projects we work with rated the volunteers' overall impact as "Highly Positive" or "Positive"
- Over 75% of our volunteers agree to represent CCS, and share stories about their CCS experience with others
Soliciting feedback and keeping open channels of communication with our volunteers has been the key to this success. We monitor and continuously improve our programs by surveying volunteers before and after they return home, and requesting feedback throughout the volunteer program in-country. Read stories and testimonials shared with us through these surveys.
CCS in-country staff surveys these organizations every year to ensure that we are meeting their changing needs. We are proud to have a 98% satisfaction rate from them and honored that they ask for our volunteers year after year. Our partnership with these organizations is based on deep mutual respect and friendship, and a passion for local development and progress. Read some comments from these Partner Program surveys (translated into English where appropriate).
Our volunteers return home excited and eager to share their experience volunteering abroad. They often coordinate information sessions in their communities, write about their experiences in online blogs, and speak to the press. Each day we receive unsolicited stories from our volunteers about their experiences volunteering abroad with CCS.
At Cross-Cultural Solutions, we also review all of our sites each year to assess program quality, overall volunteer satisfaction, adherence to staff policies, medical procedure training, and security guidelines.
The quality of our volunteer programs can best be explained by CCS volunteers. Contact us today to speak with one of our alumni.
