Volunteer Work in Lima
Lima is a lively city filled with many wonderful volunteer opportunities in daycare centers, schools, women's groups, schools for children with disabilities, and more. Several local organizations we work with have been welcoming CCS volunteers for many years.
Volunteers in Lima, Peru are involved with:

Volunteer Work Placements in Lima
Volunteer work is always in partnership with one of CCS' Partner Programs from the local community. Your placement is based on your skills, interests, and the needs of the community. Common placements in Lima include:
- Orphanage: Volunteers work with the children directly, developing educational projects for the kids, and providing a nurturing atmosphere.
- Center for abandoned physically and mentally challenged infants, children, and the elderly: Volunteers help the staff provide food, basic care, and various types of support.
- Empowering young women employed as domestic workers: Volunteers will assist with improving their English or computer skills, and help with cooking classes.
