Volunteer Work in San Carlos
Since 2002, volunteers have enjoyed the opportunity to work side-by-side with dynamic and inspiring community initiatives in the small agricultural town of San Carlos.
Volunteers here are working directly with the local Costa Rican population, from young children to the elderly, as well as immigrant families and their children from neighboring Nicaragua.
Placements are coordinated taking into consideration your individual skills and interests and matching it to the requests of our Partner Programs in San Carlos. Since we operate our programs year-round, and our in-country staff are all local to the area, we stay in close communication with these organizations year-round.
CCS Partner Programs in San Carlos include schools, orphanages, nursing homes, day centers for the eldery, or organizations working with people with disabilities. If you're considering our Intern Abroad program
