In-Country Staff in Trang

CCS Trang StaffLocal CCS staff in Trang will welcome you to the community, make you feel at home, and help you better understand Thai culture and history. They will help facilitate your volunteer experience and are always available to answer any questions that may arise. CCS staff is always from the region where we operate—they provide a local perspective, help you learn the local language, and guide you in what to do in your free time.

All of our in-country staff members are warm, loving people who will make sure you are well cared for. Each CCS program site has a Country Director or Program Director and a full staff to take care of all programming, administrative, and logistical needs, as well as housekeepers, drivers, house guards, and cooks. Because the staff office is typically located at the CCS Home-Base, a helping hand is never far. Learn more about our staff in Trang below.

Program Director: Kaeyoon Satawanakoon Kaeyoon Satawanakoon, Trang Program Director
Kaeyoon "Khem" Satawanakoon is originally from Trang and has studied abroad in Canada, the US, and China. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in Economics from an accredited university in Bangkok. Having grown up in Trang, she has a great knowledge of the area and is very proud to share the wonderful culture with CCS volunteers. She also has a great understanding of the needs of the community and has formed many excellent relationships with the partner programs.

Program Assistant: Pattra "Aob" Longsa
Aob was born and raised in Trang. Aob came to CCS after she graduated from college. As Program Assistant, Aob assists in the development of volunteer site placement. She is responsible for making initial contact with local organizations, conducting site assessment and planning how CCS volunteers can best be utilized. Aob often visits volunteers at their placements and provides cultural advice and assistance. She also schedules the transportation of volunteers, helps with administrative work in the office, and works to ensure general volunteer comfort.

Administrative Assistant/Financial Analyst: Daojularat "Joobjang" Bhumina
Joobjang is from Samutsakorn province in the Central Plain and she holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. She is responsible for maintaining all financial records at the CCS Home-Bases in Bangkok and Trang, including arrangements for volunteer lodging and comfort, overseeing the work of house-keepers in the daily work, purchasing equipment and supplies for the house and office. She also assists CCS volunteers in many day-to-day activities.

House Keeper/Cook: Tassanee "Jiew" Tongmark
Jiew is originally from Trang and has worked at the Home-Base in Trang for over a year. Jiew keeps the volunteers' rooms and the CCS' Home-Base tidy, and she is responsible for cooking lunch and dinner for volunteers. She enjoys learning a little English from the volunteers and likes to teach Thai to the volunteers.

Driver: Preecha "Cha" Inthong
Cha was born and raised in Trang. He is responsible for transporting the volunteers to and from their placements each day, and for many of the Cultural and Learning Activities. He is also responsible for maintaining the vehicle in good and safe working condition at all time. He is very eager to learn and practice his English with volunteers. He is very friendly and always comes with a big smile.
