CCS is dedicated to empowering people with different levels of ability to volunteer internationally. We are committed to creating a more integrated and inclusive experience for all volunteers. We believe that anyone who has the motivation to volunteer has something to contribute, and should be able to join our program.

We recognize that people with disabilities may have unique concerns and questions about volunteering abroad, and we commit to working closely together to address them. Our staff works with your individual abilities and interests to ensure that your goals are attainable and the experience is the right fit for you.

We have experience working with volunteers who have mobility restrictions, are deaf, hard of hearing, visually impaired, and living with mental disabilities. We encourage volunteers with disabilities to contact us to review their individual needs to identify what accessible means to them. Learn more about our relationship with Mobility International USA.

Please contact us for more information. We are happy to answer questions about local resources for people with disabilities, the support our in-country staff provides, and the ability to tailor to individual capabilities.
