Volunteering abroad in a CCS program can be life-changing for all who experience it, but perhaps this is even more true for families volunteering with young ones who are just starting to form their views of the world. We welcome the opportunity to help your children and teenagers experience other cultures and participate in meaningful volunteer work. Read about our age policy for children who wish to volunteer. Volunteer Abroad : This program provides the greatest flexibility for families volunteering—with 12 countries to choose from, start dates year-round, and personalized volunteer placements that ensure that the skills and interests of each volunteer, no matter what their age, is taken into consideration.

Insight Abroad (one-week): For families with limited vacation time, this one-week program is ideal. Family members volunteer work side-by-side with local people on a group project. In just one week, volunteers gain new insight and perspectives into the local culture and themselves.
