Provide skill-based training, and exchange knowledge and experience with under-resourced individuals and organizations to improve employment prospects and further their defined goals.

Help to empower underprivileged community members with the education and resources they need to be self-sustainable and successful in their future endeavors. Increase their social, educational, and professional resources by sharing your professional skills and experience, including computer skills, vocational skills, or even English language skills. Providing an educational exchange with adults can improve job prospects, boost self-confidence, increase access to new opportunities, and lead to a better quality of life for them and their families. Volunteers provide support in a variety of settings, including educational centers and local NGOs, working directly with individuals as well as organizations on a wide variety of activities. Contributing your skills and experience to community-led organizations will improve and expand their capacity to serve their communities effectively, and support the organization’s goals.

Volunteers from a wide variety of backgrounds are welcome. Placements addressing this need are available in Brazil, China, GhanaIndia, MoroccoRussia, South Africa, Tanzania, and Thailand. As part of our placement process, volunteers will receive their placement according to the needs identified by the community.
