High School Groups/Groups with Individuals Under 18
Please note that all participants under 18 must fill out the Application for Under 18 Group Members form and submit it prior to enrollment for approval.
CCS also requires a ratio of one chaperone for every five minors. Chaperones are required to complete the Chaperone Agreement form and submit it upon enrollment.
