CCS One of 50 Best Nonprofits to Work For
May 13, 2011
Cross-Cultural Solutions (CCS) was recently included as one of The NonProfit Times’ “50 Best Nonprofits to Work for 2011.”
This nationwide survey and awards program was designed as a project of The NonProfit Times and Best Companies Group to identify, recognize, and honor the best places of employment in the nonprofit industry. Cross-Cultural Solutions is profiled and ranked in The NonProfit Times April 1, 2011 issue.
Organizations from across the nation entered the survey and awards program, which evaluated workplace policies, practices, and demographics, as well as surveyed its employees to measure the employee experience.
CCS also recently received the four-star Charity Navigator rating for the third consecutive year. A four-star rating indicates that CCS consistently executes its mission in a fiscally responsible way, and outperforms most other charities in America in efficiently managing and growing its finances. Less than 15 percent of charities rated by Charity Navigator, the leading charity evaluator in America, receive this “exceptional” designation.
