For Enrolled Volunteers

Flight Arrangements

After you have enrolled and spoken to your Program Manager to confirm the ideal arrival day and time you are ready to book your flight. As you explore your options, we urge you to consider consulting with an airline consolidator, and also consider offsetting carbon emissions produced by your flight.

Airline Consolidators

Cross-Cultural Solutions has located some airline consolidators who are known to offer affordable airfare and can help you coordinate your travel plans. We urge you to consider these options in addition to your other research. Once you have booked your flight, please share your itinerary with your Program Manager.

Cross-Cultural Solutions is not affiliated with these agencies, nor are they representatives of our organization. Don't forget to mention that you were referred by Cross-Cultural Solutions!

Carbon Offsetting with Climate Care

Climate CareCross-Cultural Solutions encourages all our volunteers to consider offsetting carbon emissions produced by their flight to the CCS program. “Offsetting,” means reducing CO2 in the atmosphere by the same amount that your flight adds by contributing financially to projects such as renewable energy, energy efficiency, and reforestation.

Climate Care is an organization established in 1998 as a company dedicated to reducing global warming. Climate Care is backed by an Environmental Steering Committee, which includes eminent environmentalists and NGOs, to ensure that its offsets are delivered and are to the highest standards.

Visit www.climatecare.org to learn more about how to offset the carbon emissions from your CCS flight.
