Congratulations on your decision to enroll in a Cross-Cultural Solutions program!
Enroll online with a non-refundable deposit of US$275, CAN$345, or £UK150 to secure your space in a start date. Your deposit will be applied to you program fee, due 60 days prior to your program start date.
The program fee is 100% tax-deductible for U.S. residents and many people fundraise.
Before You Enroll
Before you enroll, check out the Enroll Checklist for a step-by-step guide and make sure to review our Payment Policy for payment deadlines, methods of payment, and cancellation and refund policies. Also keep in mind that:
- You can make a payment to your program fee online with MasterCard or Visa. Payments in USD may also be made using American Express or Discover.
- If you switch your program start date or location within 60 days of departure, a non-refundable switch fee may apply.
- If you will be under 18 years old at your program start date please complete a Minor Application form before enrolling. Contact us for more information.
- If you are an enrolled volunteer or you have previously volunteered with CCS, your information is on file to RE-ENROLL—please contact us.
After You Enroll
Once you have enrolled, a staff member will contact you to guide you through the pre-departure process, providing tips on purchasing your plane ticket, obtaining a visa, and more. You will gain access to your online portal, myCCS. Here you can complete your Volunteer Profile, access financial information, send fundraising emails to potential sponsors, learn more about the placement process, and more. If you already have a myCCS account, you may sign in with your current login details.
Within the next two weeks you can expect to receive a Participant Handbook geared toward the country and site where you will be volunteering. We provide you with plenty of detailed and helpful information to make your volunteer experience successful.
