As a volunteer in Russia with CCS, you’ll work side-by-side with local people and experience another culture like never before. Russia is the largest country in the world, yet considered one of the most private. However, since the 1991 formation of the Russian Federation, there has been renewed focus on Russia’s art, architecture, and literature. Through your volunteer work, you’ll learn about its heritage and dynamic history through its people. Covering 6.5 million square miles and spanning two continents and 11 time zones, Russia’s varied landscape and historically and culturally rich cities offer you insight into this beautiful country.

CCS Russia has welcomed over 675 volunteers since 2001; many have returned to volunteer in Russia with CCS a second or third time.
