Volunteer Abroad

Below are some of the services included in our Volunteer Abroad program:

Volunteer Abroad, our flagship program, is available in 12 countries around the world. Length of stay varies by start date, but most program sites are available for 2 to 12 weeks. There is a 3-week minimum for the following countries: Ghana, India, Morocco, South Africa, and Tanzania. View available start dates for Volunteer Abroad or learn about paying to volunteer.

The program fee is payable in the following currencies

 

Peak program fees apply to start dates between April 30, 2011 and August 12, 2011. Off-peak program fees apply to all other start dates. Program fees are valid through August 31, 2011.

Discounts are available for people traveling together, alumni, children traveling with adults, and groups. Calculate your program fee.

What's not included in the program fee?

• International and domestic airfare and corresponding airport departure taxes
• Costs associated with obtaining a visa or immunizations (when needed)
• Personal Internet time and long-distance (domestic and international) phone calls
• Laundry service

Tax deductibility and fundraising
