Congratulations on your decision to enroll in a Cross-Cultural Solutions program!
To reserve your space in the program, a non-refundable deposit of $275 or £150 is required – this deposit will be applied to your program fee. If you choose to use this deposit to change your program start date or location within 60 days of departure, a non-refundable switch fee may apply. Please review our Terms & Conditions for more details or contact us if you have further questions.
The program fee is 100% tax-deductible for U.S. residents and many people fundraise.
If you are an enrolled volunteer or you have previously volunteered with CCS, your information is on file to RE-ENROLL -- please contact us.
Once you have enrolled, a staff member will contact you to guide you through the pre-departure process, providing tips on purchasing your plane ticket, obtaining a visa, and more. You will gain access to your online portal, myCCS. Here you can complete your Volunteer Profile, access financial information, send fundraising emails to potential sponsors, learn more about the placement process, and more. (If you already have an account in myCCS, you may sign in with your current login details.) Note: Those enrolling for Teens-Only Start Dates will not be using myCCS.
Within the next 2 weeks you can expect to receive a Participant Handbook geared toward the country and site where you will be volunteering. We provide you with plenty of detailed and helpful information to make your volunteer experience successful.
We encourage you to use our secure online payment form to make an online payment towards the program fee.
