Jessica Fraser was raised in Bronxville, NY and attended Concordia College, a Mecca for international students. While completing her Bachelor of Science in social work and business she traveled to New Zealand and Brazil. She has volunteered locally with numerous non-profits, including The LIVE Foundation Inc., which serves individuals and families in Stamford, CT dealing with the impacts of HIV, AIDS Walk, and Amnesty International’s Day of the Dead Alternate Vigil. She was inspired to join CCS because her international travels, local volunteer experience, and studies align well with the vision, mission, and values. She has also volunteered in Peru, and traveled with her mother to Guatemala to volunteer as a family on CCS programs.
