UN Consultative Status

In May 2003, Cross-Cultural Solutions was granted Special Consultative Status to the United Nations Economic and Social Council. Through this status, CCS is recognized as an important voice in matters pertaining to its field.

The United Nations Economic and Social Council is responsible for "promoting higher standards of living, full employment, and economic and social progress; identifying solutions to international economic, social and health problems; facilitating international cultural and educational cooperation; and encouraging universal respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms."
